This Privacy Policy explains how Kled Inc. (“Kled”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

• Name and email address

• Device data (model, OS version)

• Camera roll access (photos and videos you choose to upload)

• Metadata embedded in uploads (e.g., timestamps, file info, location data if available)

We do not collect IP addresses, cookies, or third-party analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Enable uploads and manage user submissions

• Tag, analyze, and sort data (manually or with AI)

• Improve training datasets for AI development

• Facilitate content licensing to third parties

• Communicate with you about updates, rewards, and product information

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is securely stored on Supabase S3. We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and backup protocols to prevent unauthorized access or loss.

4. Sharing and Licensing

We do not sell personal information. We may license processed and labeled content to third-party AI companies for training purposes. This may include raw content if required for licensing. No direct user identifiers (e.g., email) are shared.

If you're located in the EU, your data may be transferred to the U.S. We will use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards if needed to protect your data.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

For users in jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract (uploading and processing content)

• Legitimate interests (AI training, platform improvement)

• User consent (when legally required)

6. Children’s Privacy

Kled is not intended for users under 18. If you are in the EU, you must be at least 16 years old.
We do not knowingly collect or license data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a child under the applicable age, we will delete it immediately.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

• Deletion of your content or account

• A copy of your personal data

• Correction of inaccurate data

8. Updates

We may update this policy periodically. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version.
Continued use of the platform indicates agreement to any updates.
